Weekly FAQ (June 3rd - 9th)

1. What is the "Mining Season Event"?
An exclusive event for Starplug users and early Starpower contributors, including the Tester program, Korean Community Event, and Early Bird event.

2. Why did I get only one Early Bird Badge after ordering many Starplugs?
Refill your other accounts, and the Early Bird Badges will be airdropped to you soon.

3. Why didn't I get my Early Bird Badge?
Check and correct your email address in the #cloudland-form channel. Ensure your email is registered with the dAPP, as badges are airdropped to dAPP accounts.

4. When shipping?
Starplugs have passed FCC and CE certifications. Global shipment will start before July.

5.Stages for Starplug users:

Stage 1: Users only need to stay online to receive rewards. This stage aims to quickly accumulate users and nodes for Starpower and is expected to last for 6 months.
Stage 2: Besides staying online, user devices must also provide capacity proof to participate in demand response.
Stage 3: Once the capacity of devices in the Starpower network reaches the threshold for participating in demand response, users will receive additional rewards based on their actual participation in demand response.

Note: At any stage, keeping devices online will earn rewards (though unit device rewards will decrease as the number of devices increases, so additional mechanisms will incentivize user devices to participate in response). Extra incentives will be added in other stages.

NFT

 

Q: How can I purchase NFTs?
A: NFTs can be purchased on Magic Eden. (Link)

Q: How long can I mine with the Pioneer Pass?
A: Mining is available for 100 days after registration.

Q: What happens after the 100-day mining period ends?
A: There may be benefits such as airdrops in recognition of early contributions to the project.

 

Q: How do I verify my NFT holder status on Discord?
A: Use the holder-verify menu in Discord after logging in. Please verify before sending NFTs for pre-mining.

Q: How do I register my NFT in the application?

Q: How long does it take to confirm my NFT after sending it?
A: Generally, it takes about 24 hours to confirm.

    You will see Pioneer NFT card in your app.

Q: What should I do if my NFT transfer is not processed?
A: Submit a ticket through Discord with the following information:
- Email: Registered email account
- Wallet address: Solana address
- Token address: NFT token address
- Hash: Transaction signature

Q: Can I send multiple NFTs to a single account?
A: Only one NFT can be sent per account. However, the application provides a Switch Account menu.

Q: My Holder Role disappeared!
A: This happens frequently. If it disappears, please open a ticket to request it again. Currently, there are no specific benefits associated with the Holder Role.

Q: When and how often can I mine each day?
A : Mining resets daily at 9 AM. After the first mining session, there is a 6-hour cooldown. The second session must be completed by 3 AM the next day. To maximize mining, mine the first session between 9 AM and 9 PM.

Q: How can I manage multiple accounts?
A: The latest version of the application includes a SWITCH ACCOUNT menu in the settings.

Q: How can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Request modifications or cancellations through a Discord ticket.

Q: I lost my order number or email. What should I do?
A: Please send an email to support@starpower.world with your name, order email address, and order date.

Starplug and Mining

Q: What are the specifications of the plug?
A: 

Q: What is the mining method and policy?
A: By connecting devices to the network via Starpower's hardware and software solutions, users can earn $STAR rewards. For example, Starpower issues $STAR based on factors like connection time, electricity usage, and the operation of household and commercial electric appliances like air conditioners and water heaters.

Q: What is the conversion rate from Nova to STAR?
A: To be determined (TBD).

Q: What are the most efficient mining methods?
A: Based on our AMA summaries:
1. In Phase 1, simply turning on the plug and connecting to the internet will earn mining rewards.
2. In Phase 2, similar to a VPP service provider, user energy consumption will be monitored and measured.

 

 

Cloud Mining

Q: I didn't receive my Early Bird Badge!

1. Make sure you have updated to the latest version of the app.

Q: How can I participate in Cloud Mining?
A: After purchasing a product, fill out the Google form available in our Discord.

 

Q: How do I fill out the Google form?
A: Here’s a step-by-step guide:
1. **Provide your email:** Enter the email used for Starpower Dapp registration.
2. **Provide your DC username:** Enter your Discord username.
3. **Provide your Twitter handle:** Enter your Twitter handle (include the @ sign).
4. **Specify if you are a KOL or community leader:** If applicable, provide the number of followers and your Twitter link. Otherwise, enter "Individual."
5. **Provide your Starpower Dapp wallet address:** Enter the wallet address found in your Starpower Dapp under "Personal."
6. **Provide your organization and position:** Enter "Personal."
7. **Provide your Starplug order number (#Starmember):** Include your order number prefixed with #Starmember. You can find this by searching "starpower" in your email.

8. **Which country are you from?** Enter your country name
9. **Submit proof for combined orders:** Provide evidence if you placed combined or multiple individual orders. If not applicable, ignore this step.
